Bill Harrison Presentation “U.S. Postal Service” and Dinner

Purchase tickets by April 14
This is the story of the challenges faced by the U.S. Postal Service in delivering mail to the Arizona Territory. In this vast land, problems of mail delivery included finding remote mining camps, avoiding stagecoach robbers who considered the mail as easy pickins’ and navigating the great empty stretches of government reservations. This is also the story of the small Hualapai Indian village of Supai. Located at the bottom of the Grand Canyon, this is the only community in America that still receives its daily mail by mule train. Before the presentation we will be serving Baked Ziti, Salad, Roll, and Dessert. Tickets $10
